Drop-off Instructions
We accept donations every day from 9am–5pm at our main location, 696 Dundas St in London. Street parking is available right outside of the front doors on Dundas St. Look for the door that has a “Donation Drop-Off” sign on it, which is also the main reception area entrance (below in yellow box). Outside of the above list, we gratefully accept gently-used clothing, non-perishable food items, hygiene products (e.g., toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo), blankets, household essentials, and new or used working electronics. For more detailed info food donations, please see the next question below.
Accepted as new items ONLY: pillows, hair ties, and headbands
Accepted on an as-needed basis ONLY: large furniture and mattresses
We cannot accept medication, children’s clothing, duvets, and toys.

Yes, we accept non-perishable food items, fresh produce, and frozen goods. Please ensure all items are unopened and within their expiry dates. We can also accept dairy and meals, but only from commercial kitchens that have held these products within proper food safety temperature ranges.
We cannot accept opened containers or home-cooked meals from non-commercial donors (for safety reasons), and coffee maker pods (Keurig, Tassimo, etc — ground coffee only please).
Yes, we are happy to coordinate bulk donations! Please email us at [email protected] or call 519-667-0322 to schedule a time. Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service, but we can assist in arranging transportation if needed.
Yes, we provide tax receipts for both monetary donations and in-kind gifts that meet Canada Revenue Agency guidelines. Please include your name and address with your donation to ensure timely receipt issuance.
