Ways To Give
As you know, the Ark Aid Street Mission is a non-profit organization and registered Canadian charity (106721194RR0001) dedicated to aiding those less fortunate. We gladly accept and appreciate any and all donations. With the economic down turn we are needing to help more families all the time which makes it an even more important time to support the Ark Aid Street Mission.

The Ark Aid Street Mission is accredited by the Better Business Bureau, meeting all 20 standards for Charity Accountability.
Donate Food
We prepare and serve supper daily for 100 – 150 people. If you would like to donate food, please call or email for our current needs or click here to see a standard list of needs.
Donate Clothes
New or good used clothes (no stains, tears, etc) are always welcome and can be dropped off during office hours (parking at the back of the building). Items are given away free.
Donate Funds
Funds are always needed to cook the food, heat the building, run the van to collect donated food and pay the modest wages of the few staff. Donations of $20 or more will receive a receipt for income tax purposes.
Donations may be made via cheques made payable to Ark Aid Street Mission, Inc. dropped off or mailed to 696 Dundas St. London, ON N5W 2Z4
An Interac e-Transfer will be automatically deposited in the Ark’s bank from your online banking by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your mailing address in the Message box.
Receipts for pre-authorized donations will be sent at year-end, unless otherwise requested.
Canada Helps
Canada Helps is a Canadian charity that exists to provide inexpensive online donation capability to Canadian charities. You will make your donation to CanadaHelps by clicking the button, designating “Ark Aid Street Mission, Inc”. CanadaHelps will then process the credit card donation, issue you an official receipt for income tax purposes (by email or downloading) and forward the donation to us after deducting the transaction fee (3.9%). Repeating monthly donations can also be set up with CanadaHelps.
Donate Securities
There are significant tax saving opportunities by donating securities (eg. stocks, mutual funds), especially if they have capital gains. Please consult your financial advisor. You can donate publicly traded securities to Ark Aid Street Mission through CanadaHelps for the low cost of 2-3%.
